Accessing the HDC Website

Some people are finding it hard to access the Distirct Coucil website to access the documents and leave comments.
Go to http://www.horsham.gov.uk/council_services/council_services_4579.asp then click on the 'PA button'.
But if you have time, it may be better to send good old-fashioned letters rather than email posts from the point of view of visual impact.
