It's just 8 days before responses to the planning applications are due in, and the Horsham council website still doesn't have the application form for the 'demolition' application (DC/08/0239) on their website.
They say it can take 'up to' 3 days to put documents there. But the letter announcing the application was dated 5th February.
This isn't a reasonable period for consultation, surely?
